Women on Two Wheel Riding Solo!

International long distance riding is an adventure for those bold enough to point their bikes and ride. So many people in their comfort zone tell me upon embarking on a trip that I am going to die! That I am going to get kidnapped or crash. I am a man that can handle myself but what about these solo riding women trekking across the globe on their adventure bikes. (Note to self: search female global adventure riders on Harleys).
The woman below is on her way to iceland and I found just this morning thus she is the inspiration of this post. Her name is Runa and you can find her on YouTube @OffSheGoesADV. She is currently kicking my ass with her subscribers totaling 23.7 Thousand!

August 26th – August 30th, 2022: the beginning of my most epic adventure so far! Traveling to Iceland has been a part of my bucket list for as long as I can remember, and it exceeded all my expectations. In this first episode, I spend 3 days traveling from Stavanger, Norway, to Iceland with my motorcycle Loki. Itchy Boots Hits the International Adventure Trail!
As many of you all ready know I have rode from Ushuaia, Tierra De Fuego Argentina to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska up the Ice truckers Road in 2015 and 2019. Yes I rode it twice instead of choosing a new adventure in 2019. I was at a hardware store on State Road 84 across from Lester’s Diner when I saw a former acquaintance that rode in one of my Ironman LDR runs. I could not remember his name so I played it off but he is from South Africa. Long story short he told me to see this woman of international adventure named Itchy Boots on YouTube. Itchy Boots rode from the bottom of the world to the top so I am posting two of her videos here because it is worthy of your eyeballs!
I’ve ridden 130.000 kilometers solo around the world and still counting! My name is Noraly, I’m Dutch and passionate about motorcycles, traveling and adventuring. Vanessa Proctor, if that is her real name, on YouTube goes by @TheGirlOnABike. She has a following of 38.8K subs on YouTube leaving me behind thus you should subscribe to The Attorney That RIDE’s YouTube Channel! Bikes and Belize! Literally what more could we wish for? We’ve got 11 days of adventure planned, all revolving around two wheels but tied into discovering the wilderness of Belize. From river tubing in the jungle to hunting out wrecked planes, diving, cooling off in waterfalls and pontoon parties.
It’s a fully organised adventure with @MOTOURISMO and Big Little Rides so I don’t have to think about anything other than enjoying it
