Interstate Rally participants will be required to attend the mandatory meeting the day before the event, scheduled Saturday July 1st at 4:00 pm.  At this time, riders must present driver’s license and insurance information.  They will be issued a commemorative rally coin and a timing chip will be attached to each motorcycle. A brief discussion will then be held to review and answer any questions that participants may have.

These simple formalities will be followed by a free dinner, full bar and a live band.
(Dinner provide will be for rider and one significant other) Rain or shine the rally begins the morning of Sunday July 2nd, so have your own maps, GPS or other navigational means ready.  Interstate Rally Productions LLC will not provide any navigation systems, the attached chips are for timing only.

Interstate Rally Productions reserves the right to cancel or post-pone the rally if participation numbers are too low.  Notice of low participation and possible cancelation will be given no later than 10 days prior to the rally date.  If the rally is canceled, all entry fees will be refunded to the applicants promptly.

The $30,000 first prize payout, $5,000 second prize payout and the $1,000 third place prize are based on a full participant number of 100 riders. If fewer riders enter the rally, prize money will be less according to the numbers.  Enrolled participants will be notified of such changes prior to the rally. If riders are interested in the rally, they should not wait till the last minute. By acting promptly, they ensure their spot and help solidify rally payouts. It is anticipated that rider spots will fill quickly because of the high payout and low number of riders allowed, so act quickly and look forward to a great time, meeting new people and be a part of something fun.
