New Year – Legal Wins, ABATE, Blessing of Bikes, Events, & More!
Hey There, Florida Riders!
My law firm has been on fire $ettling motorcycle accident claims, even with the curveballs thrown our way since the Tort Reform took effect in 2023. Let’s be real—these new laws have given insurance companies more ammo to screw over bikers, even when liability and bodily injury claims are crystal clear. But here’s the deal: I’ve been working TWICE as hard to fight back, and my biker clients couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve delivered.
Now, as we kick off 2025, I’m praying the Florida Legislature stops catering to Big Insurance and starts protecting the very consumers who ride Florida’s roads. The laws need to change, plain and simple. Until then, know this: I’m here, standing strong, fighting for every biker who calls me after they’ve gone down.
If you or someone you know has been in a wreck, don’t go it alone. Call me, the “Attorney That RIDES!” I’ve got your back.
Ride safe and keep the shiny side up!

From Hospital Bed to Victory: Richard’s Inspiring Journey
Three months in the hospital. Multiple surgeries. But when Richard walked through my door under his own power, I couldn’t have been prouder.
The insurance company tried to pull a fast one, denying his claim and blaming him for the crash. The truth? The car that hit him recklessly cut across several lanes on I-75 without checking for Richard in the next lane.
I wasn’t going to let them get away with it. After a hard fight, I secured a six-figure settlement for this brother. Watching Richard walk into my law firm, knowing he could now focus on healing and rebuilding his life, was a moment I’ll never forget.
If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, you know who to call. I’m here to fight for riders, one victory at a time.
Join the Brotherhood of ABATE South Florida!
Did you know I’m the Events Coordinator for ABATE ( https://abatese.org/), here in South Florida? ABATE isn’t just a powerhouse for biker rights—it’s a family of riders who’ve got each other’s backs. The friendships and camaraderie are what make this group truly special. Whether it’s connecting with long-time members or welcoming new faces, every meeting feels like diving into a river of lifelong friendships.
We ride together, help each other out, and roll as one to moto fests and events. If you’ve never been to one of our monthly meetings, I challenge you to come hang with us and see what it’s all about!
Our next public meeting is on January 26, 2025, at the American Legion in Pompano Beach, FL. Swing by, grab a hot breakfast, or start the day with a Bloody Mary (no judgment here).
For more info, hit up our Prez, Louis “OB,” at [email protected], or give our VP Johnny Rose (a former Prez and an all-around awesome guy) a call at 954-868-4390.
Let’s ride, talk bikes, and fight for the rights of every motorcyclist in Florida. See you there!
Start 2025 with the Blessing of the Bikes!
I’ve been going to the Blessing of the Bikes for so long, I can’t imagine starting the year without it! Picture this: motorcycles stretching as far as the eye can see, all lined up to get blessed for a safe and epic riding year ahead. This event is open to everyone—whether you’re a seasoned rider, a snowbird, or new to the community, you’ll feel right at home.
SE ABATE will have a setup alongside tons of other vendors, so you know it’s going to be a party! We’re talking raffles, adult beverages, live rock music, a 50/50 drawing, and—of course—your friendly neighborhood Attorney That RIDES (yep, that’s me). I can’t wait to shake your hand or give you a big ol’ biker hug.
Bring your ride, whether it’s two wheels, three wheels, or even four—all are welcome! Entrance is just $3 for solo riders or $5 for couples. Mark your calendar and come join the fun.
Let’s kick off 2025 the right way—together! See you there!
We Hit 10,000 Subscribers! Thank You, America!
As 2024 wrapped up, something incredible happened—I crossed the 10,000-subscriber mark on my YouTube channel, and it’s all thanks to my brothers and sisters across the nation who have been riding along with me.
The latest video from my Hoka Hey Ride—where I crossed into Canada—blew up, racking up 33,000 views! Why? Because a suspicious Canadian border official thought this Florida rider (and my FL license plate) might be smuggling guns. The story gets wild, and if you haven’t seen it, you’re missing out. Click on the video to find out what had everyone laughing, sharing, and talking on social media!
If you haven’t already, this is the perfect time to subscribe to my YouTube channel, @AttorneyThatRides, and join the growing community of riders, adventurers, and supporters.
Here’s to more miles, more stories, and more rides together in 2025!
