Thousands of bikers at Galveston Island for Lone Star Rally
GALVESTON, Texas (KTRK) —
The 16th annual Lone Star Rally was full in Galveston after getting to a roaring start.
The big event on the island began on Thursday and brought more than 250,000
motorcycles to the four-day motorcycle rally.
Lone Star Rally is the biggest event of its kind in North America, and several streets were blocked
off, including portions of Seawall Boulevard, Strand, Harborside, and Mechanic.
